Shipping and Delivery

Prices
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.

Shipping costs
For deliveries within Austria we charge a flat rate of EUR 5.90 and the European Union we charge a flat rate of EUR 9.90 for shipping and handling.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union we charge a flat rate of EUR 19.90.

For larger order quantities (>10kg) or bulky goods, the actual shipping costs according to the tariff of the Austrian Post AG will be applied.

Delivery time
The delivery time at Rogers Data is 3-6 working days.
Orders received in our online shop by 13 o’clock will be sent to our delivery service Maillog – Richter & Weiner Ges.m.b.H. for processing on the same day of the order.

Experience shows that deliveries to Italy take up to 12 working days.
